Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones is an American actress from the United States. She is best known for playing Megan Dennison, on The Young and the Restless and Bridget Forrester, on The Bold and the Beautiful. She also portrayed the recurring role as Daphne in the second season of the HBO drama series True Blood. Ashley Jones obtained a Bachelor of Human Learning (K-8) from University of Tennessee at Martin in 1997. She started out her career as a teacher of Reading in the Kindergarten class and also the 1st Grade at Maury County. She got married in 1998 to her UT Martin sweetheart Brent Jones and relocated into Thompsons Station. There she began teaching 4th class at Bethesda Elementary. Between 1999 and 2000, she was a teacher while obtaining her Masters of Education degree from Trevecca Nazarene University. She stepped out of her classroom in 2000 after the couple welcomed their son Baylor. Ashley was a 15-year volunteer for her church, community as well as children. Ashley is an active leader for the Preschool Ministry and Student Ministry of Thompson Station Church. Ashley as well as her family homeschooled for 3 years. As they homeschooled students were able to attend a tutoring session at which Ashley was a teacher of History in Kindergarten and First Grade. God showed her family, that although she enjoyed being at home with her children and spending time with them, it was now time for Ashley to go back to school. Brent and Ashley have five kids. Silas Eliza and Cruz are all students at GCA. Baylor an GCA graduate is a student at and plays baseball at UT Martin. Callan also a GCA graduate attends Western Kentucky University. A busy family, they like fishing, hunting, and motivating each other to be successful in their sport and hobbies.
